STEP BY STEP

OUR WEB DESIGN PROCESS

STEP 1: Buy A Plan

Selecting your plan is easy. Simply ask yourself these 2 questions.

Do you need your customers to pay through your website?

If so how many different types of products or services will you have?

Then select a plan and within 24 hours of making a purchase a member of our team will be in touch to discuss your vision.

STEP 2: Your Vision

You've bought a plan, now its time to start coming up with your design vision.

A team member will have asked you to find some similar websites that you like the look of and would like to use as inspiration for the project.

We'll then take your ideas and example websites and start to put together a compelling first design. You'll receive a live link to interact and explore your new site as we build it.

STEP 3: The Build

This usually takes between 7 and 10 days depending on the plan you bought in step 1.

Here we'll flesh out your website, socials and behind the scenes assets such as automated emails and replies*.

The whole time you can use your live link to check in on the build process and use your site as a customer would. This way you can message us with any tweaks and changes that need making on the fly.

STEP 4: Handover

Your website is complete now it's time to transfer ownership to you, link the final connections to your personal business email, website address and social integrations.

Once the website is ready to go live we'll give you a full walk around of your new business dashboard , teaching you how to use it effectively and manage your customers and marketing.
